What are cultural navigators?
Cultural Navigators are mentors who can help reduce the stress of cultural adjustment, strengthen linkages with vital services and resources as well as open doors to family-focused activities and community involvement. In an effort to meet the needs of the community our cultural navigators can help by helping you learn how to:

• Help you fill out forms

• Schedule appointments

• Seek financial assistance

• Connect you with resources and services

• Arrange transportation

• Seek food resources

All these services are free of charge and available in English and Spanish.
